Lahmajun

Lahmajun is just another round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat, vegetables and herbs. Lahmajun celebrates the Armenian culinary heritage through a very popular dish present in all the Middle Eastern cultures. In Lebanon and Armenia, Lahmajun is an everyday breakfast, lunch or even dinner, served best with lemon and yogurt. Lahmajun is a concept that can be bound in a location or can beincorporated in a food truck.
